No Place Like Home, PN magazine Oct 2012 This case study proposes that a UD housing tax credit could save the US billions of dollars in long term health care costs while creating housing construction jobs at the same time.

That article was the first to explore the home healthcare incentive that could encourage healing and rehabilitating at home as opposed to more expensive (taxpayer funded) facilities. A home needs to be designed to provide this.

The home pictured above is the example illustrated in this article. It is Green and UD and was completed after the magazine article was published.
